I sometimes get sick of the same old recipes. I don't want anymore plain grilled chicken, no more marinated baked whatever, and definitely no more shake and bake!
Who knew apple juice on pork chops would be so fun and interesting!? The juice gives these chops such a good flavor! One of my favorites!

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup apple juice (or apple cider)
1 tsp brown sugar
salt and pepper
2 tsp olive oil
Directions
Heat the olive oil on a skillet until hot
Trim the pork chops and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place the pork chops into the hot skillet and brown both sides
Meanwhile, mix the apple juice and brown sugar together. Pour over the browned pork chops and let cook for about 5 minutes.
Take out the pork chops and set to the side. In the skillet add vinegar to juice mix, stir, and let simmer and sit for about 10 - 20 minutes until the mixture thickens to a syrup.
Add the pork chops and cook until done covering the chops in the syrup glaze.
OPTION: Caramelize a few apple slices in the glaze and add on top of your pork chops.
